Using Spider-Man to make money? How does that contradict Peter's principles or morality? Ditko and objectivism state that looking out for yourself will help you and others. They might not be your principles or ones you like but they are still principles or ideas to follow within a philosophical system. Also trying to make money isn't evil dumbass nor does it cheapen Spidey's role as a hero. Only when he starts using it as a reason to save people will it cheapen his ideals. Like if he charged someone who is gonna fall of a ledge or firefighters back then used to charge people who's buildings were on fire.
Also Spider-Man No More was Peter being pushed to the edge and then realizing the true value of the principles he was taught. That's what makes that type of story.
