This thing looks cool and I like buffing allies. Who should I give it to? Doesn't Serena have a pretty good ally buff and she likes assault rifles.

If my wife is Viessa, what weapons should I be researching? So far I really like Clairvoyance, but I haven't really found a second or third weapon for her. The cavalry gun doesn't really match her playstyle, even though it's a frost weapon.
