Because it's a monster drop, and not a mission reward, it doesn't show up in the screen you posted earlier.

I have a 4090 and I use DLAA and x2 framegen. The game looks and runs great with that. The only thing I tuned down is visibility, can't even tell the difference.

Framegen isn't ideal and makes some situations blurry and the UI glitchy, but I get triple digit FPS the vast majority of the time.

Weekly vendor is super easy to keep up with, it's every week Fri-Mon, you get currency from selling blueprints and running 400% dungeons which you need for a bunch of other stuff anyway.
Generally speaking you can just start working through all the shit in any order you want since the game skipped the only mandatory linear progression. Now it's literally whatever you want most first and then start stacking systems to make your loadouts stronger like Arche, cores etc. It's really not rocket science, it's just a lot with systems that have nothing to do with each other in how you farm them but need to be slotted correctly to synergise. Essentially you have Colossi for Descendants and Weapons, VEP for cores, Sigma for Arche etc.

You can't. It was rolled out in another one of their shitty site events. You basically had to roll for it, and since it wasn't a proper lottery, most of them were given away to bot accounts during the first 2-3 weeks until they "fixed" it. The fix just made it more efficient for bots, but made it less impossible for real people to win them. It was literally a slot machine that had like 12 in stock each day, resetting at some weird AM time. Bots ate them up while everyone was asleep for the first three weeks.

No the stuff you get is pretty good for a new player. Just follow the upgrade path until you reach Ultimate Bunny. the boost teaches you the endgame and the endless grind. You just skipped the main story quest.

It's most likely that dev goes against their own pity system in the first place. Instead of target reward for the part directly, you can only target the box. Even Sigma mission, which the dev added Hailey parts in S3 now, is still manageable than the Axion mission reward.
