I'm unsure how these fuckers even manage to pass interviews. There is absolutely zero critical thought either with a heap of them, so as soon as there's an issue, there's no reading docs or attempting to have a go, it's straight to messaging someone and then going "ooohhh", which I have learned is Indian for "I don't get it but I won't admit to it so I don't like an idiot"
Also the politicking. It is scary how much power some of these places in India have managed to accrue across entire companies. How? I have no idea, but the reason that some products are absolute piles of shit is because these idiots don't have a fucking clue about shit.
