I know for a fact that he uses Tuxler VPN (Don't ask me how I know this). It's one of those VPN services that has both a paid and free version. If you use the free version, your PC will be turned into a server that the paid users for the paid users to send their information through. This means that there is MILLIONS of IP addresses that paid users have access to.
Namschizo can't be rangebanned because his IP address is quite literally all over the globe. The mods cannot do anything to him.
