Thanks anon. Im using a mouse. Just can't seem to get clean nice lines or good character proportions even when drawing on paper.

Have tried drawing tablets but people often gloss over the brush stroke settings or techniques for drawing anime faces and hair when looking up books and tutorials. So ended up just using a mouse instead. Im at the point where my mouse drawings are little different than pencil drawings so its a lack of technique more than anything.
