Not OP but I appreciate a rundown to bounce off of. I don't have every movie fresh in mind but I think I can agree with that top 10, if not locking in the order. With these you have to decide which movies have more elements that work for you even if the whole is wobbly.

Keldeo and Genesect feel like TV specials with feature production budgets, yeah. The charge that digital animation caused the TV show and movies to blend together is overstated at times, but the mundane frames on the Gen 5 movies, oof. But I liked the former more than I expected to going in- actions set piece and Kyurem doing cool shit, what can I say.

Genuinely surprised by this one. It had a better than average human story + Pokemon story and the kaiju battle was dumb fun, but it needed to actually bridge the two. Reminds me of certain Dragon Ball movie from 1995.
