I just tried to play oblivion for the first time. Managed to get to the character creation part before I ran into my first game-breaking bug. I am unable to enter a name for my character. I click on it, type, and no letters appear.

Besides that though, so far it's been a phenomenal experience. Did they get Patrick Stewart to voice the emperor?

But seriously, I want to play and I can't until I enter a name and I can't enter a name. Help?

Also steam says theres NO controller support? I could have sworn this thing was available on the 360...

I'm not running any mods. Figured I would experience the game as it was originally first. But maybe it literally can't be played unmodded???
