I'd use it, but it only covers vanilla game and doesn't have patches to any arrow/bolt changing mods so I'd have to patch it myself and it would be pain in the ass. But I've never really looked at perk-quest-script interactions for the little skill trees like dawnguard and CSF so it should be "fun".

The working plan is to captivate Korir with promises of returning Winterhold to past glories. All the while leaving hot witch babes in his palace to serve as "Liaisons" for college interests. Pic related. Heavy use of Illusion.

Then I'll need to build reputation with every one of the Stormcloak allied Jarls. At the very least this might convince them to judge mages on individual merit. Heavy use of the Arts of Illusion will be emplyed for this step, too.

I plan to win Ulfric key battles with dramatic displays of magical prowess. Summoning supernatural winter storms to ravage Imperial positions and what not. Something that'll put the fear of Jhunal in friend and foe alike. Each time I do this I will declare victory for Winterhold and the College. Imperials currently have better Battle-mages than the Stormcloaks, but they're far diminished from the time of the Septim Empire. They won't be able to stop me. Edy usually refrains from dramatic displays of power, but there is a time and a place for everything.

Lastly, I will need recruit quality magical talent from the Nordic Population. This will be the most difficult step by far as there really isn't much to work with...
For now the plan is to train Onmund to be the most effective Nord Mage seen in generations. I can't even guarantee that this will work, but I'll just make him wear the Masque of Clavicus Vile so he'll be popular regardless. This'll backfire eventually, but we should be past the point of no return by then. At least in terms of Nords wishing to actually learn to be mages.
