I had speedy anklets and double jump and took this route. I had time to spare even taking one hit.
Didn't pre-clear the path or use flea brew.

Apparently you can clear the whole path of enemies then do it? I don't know why I didn't think of that since it worked in HK but I did it the hard way.
If you have double jump this is the path I recommend.
