first of all, the muh golden rule, selfish altruism and things like sense of justice emerge natually in groups, even monkeys have that (literal monkeys), you don't need to teach that. you can say it's evolutionary

secondly, and most importantly, the only thing that really matters is the thing that is enforced. and things like "don't kill that taxpayer" or "don't steal from that merchant" were enforced by guards with spears long before any-fucking-religion, christianity included. guards with spears are necessary and sufficient for any society to behave "morally" - a religion doesn't have anything to do with it
