I'd even go as far as saying that neither Trump not Biden have ever fooled anyone. The propaganda became stale for anyone with even a couple neurons to rub together for quite some time.
Being someone who lives in a corrupt narcostate where the government gave up any will to even try to keep up the farce of normality gave me the necessary tools to realize back when I was still a child that most people are just going through the motions. They know everything is fucked, they know their jobs are pointless they know everything is gay, kosher and rigged they just lack the courage to do anything about it.
Some areas of psychology claim that criminals act bolder and bolder over the years because deep down they wish to be captured. Same thing applies to politicians, sadly, nothing will happen until the average man is living in such dire conditions that he has no other choice than act for he has already lost everything else.
