You have like 5 years before it progresses further. Again, it's incurable, there's just ways to manage it so it doesn't progress as fast which is basically endless WAL liposuctions, drainages with compression bandaging, etc. If a female is diagnosed with it, her hot days are limited, in later stages it's just fetish content at best. Like, picrel was diagnosed with stage 1 a year ago. Iirc, she's now trying to find a doc for her first lipedema surgery since it's gotten worse. Female body is cooked.

Wanna know the unfortunate reality? A desirable body shape like that is quite often lipedema in the first stage, it's a pretty fucked up medical condition. Picrel is diagnosed with stage one lipedema.
