There's a specific Final Fantasy song I really liked but I can't remember the name of it at all.

I think I found another song which has an instrumental part of it

At 0:26 the song I'm talking about start, but the one I had in mind had something singing something like "Yoouu" in it when it start.

By any chance anyone know which one I'm talking about?
Since the instrumental was from 13-2 I assumed it was from it or just 13 but I couldn't find it.
