Obvious fake tits aside, I think TPol is the best onscreen Vulcan in the entire franchise aside from TOS Spock.
Her facial structure, lean lithe body, and snotty attitude really do make them seem like smug space elves or something.

Runner up would be the Vulcan ambassador who was actually a Romulan spy on Data's Day. She actually seemed like an emotionless person with her acting.
