making stuff for base IDs would be a waste because they dont make money and they aren't allowed to make them better than stuff from the actual gacha banners.
best you can hope for is stuff like "ALETERNATIVE LCB" Ids
which are basically different "upgraded" versions of our lcb Ids who unlocked their potential
