Yeah this is correct. My first one didn't boot. Spend like 4 hours googling what was wrong. Finally found the solution at 3am which was that I needed to manually reset the bios with a screwdriver like in the pic, as well press harder the CPU in to its socket (the CPU was the scariest part desu as you are meant to use more force than you think with something as fragile). Also make sure you have a socket screwdriver as well as normal one as many cases and motherboards require both.

Also correct. My first time took an entire day learning what and what not to do. Following a dozen of youtube tutorials, rereading instructions from every part I bought and so on. Its something you are meant to do on quiet weekend with nobody interrupting you as it will be time consuming.
