There are probably more pros I'm forgetting. Shit works. I've tried everything. Keto, carnivore, vegan even, moderate low carb, paleo, etc. All of them are better than a SAD and arguably they have have niche use cases, but overall this is the easiest and highest performing diet I have ever fucking tried and I'll probably stick to this until I die.
