Well yeah, it's only a few things but what matters is the execution. Her floating immediately stands out against the rest of the cast, her wrists aren't just limp for the ghost motif, but double as marionette posture for using her weapon. (Puppeteering her bangboos) The puppet bangboos themselves actually are reminiscent of the stereotypical "Bedsheet ghosts" with their white dresses. Lastly, it's not just that she's the "ZZZ ghost girl" but also a maid, with all the features I mentioned before adding to the air of professional elegance she exerts for her job as a maid.
