Maybe it's fantasy but I always thought a tattoo would have a interesting story. Like if a chick has flowers on her arm is she a Botanist? Does she Garden? Is her Grandma a old herbal healer and passed on that knowledge? Usually not the case.

Most tattoo's look like a combo of #3, #5, #11 off a wall in a tattoo parlor and just throw anything on the body.
>Cultural Separation
Maybe it's me but chicks with a bit of brown/tan/yellow on them or in em can pull off a tattoo or two. Just doesn't fit with white chicks.
>Overdoing it
Bit of above but there is a very fine line from a little ink to going overboard, nearly all go overboard.
