Good gameplay is actually the antithesis of a good horror game like Re4 is pretty fun because you can like snipe zombies and karate kick them in the face but it's not scary in the least same with say dead space where you use a chainsaw and stamp aliens by comparison something like Alien Isolation and Outlast actually are quite scary but they're literally just hide and seek simulators which becomes dull.
