We like to joke about it, but here's the truth (TM):
Basically every long range Ukrainian drone is infinitely superior to the V1
And of course even if you just take systems that have the same/similar amount of delivered ordnance - any modern Ukrainian drone/drone-plane/rocket-drone is infinitely more precise, more efficient, has better independent guidance respectively than crap-tech like the V1(even back then it was more on the side of crap-tech and today it's not even a question).

Not sure if there were any like it before Dornier DAR but even if there weren't it's not like the flying wing concept was new then.
Maybe the form factor/size/application
And even then I think the Dornier DAR was "just" a practice target... nvm, it's also intended as the "wild-weasel" part of SEAD/DEAD operations (baiting enemy radar/AD systems to target it and thus be detected by your guys)
