That's pretty unlucky. Hopefully it's just a minor issue. Apperently like 2 % of motherboards that are newly made are defective. and I'm 99 % sure my new motherboard is defective because I get hardware interrupts a lot if my gpu is in a specific PCIe slot. Which I think has some weird defects in it.

It might be best to get some pc guy to deal with it since they have the tools to just figure out what components are fucked and not.
