Unironically, tsundere's grow on you the less you actually take women seriously.
If you look at them like human beings, you'll think to yourself, "She is cruelly disrespecting him, his agency, and this is unacceptable."
But when you start thinking of them like fucking animals, you think, "Like a cat, this bitch just does not know how to express her emotions. That's kind of cute. I'd slowly earn her trust and make her love me regardless."
It's like putting out tuna for a feral cat, literally. They're not friendly to start with, but the slow process of knowing that you'll get through to them eventually is where the romantic tension comes from. I mean, not with the cat, but as a metaphor for women.
Unfortunately, too many men can't tell the difference between real, legitimate maliciousness and tsundere behavior. There really is a difference.
