Vivi is a boring heavily pushed mythic chase card. Even if you play him "fairly" with a bunch of cantrips and X spells, he's still just an obnoxious self enabler only only requires hitting the board and getting flooded with protection to win the game.

If you want to play a fair Vivi there's lots of other choices out there.
