K2 stands out as most lighthearted as there was no intrigue or any serious combat at all iirc so it's not as exciting, but I liked reading about devotion of fat doctor to his dead wife. It was heartwarming. I prefer to have events like QH one and big main story events being the norm, like it was so far, but I don't mind something like that or more humorous every now and then.
Last event in GF1 on the other hand was really disappointing when it comes to story. I don't remember anything hlarious being there besides SKK dumping heat on Kalina and usually mini-events were hilarious or explored some backgrounds like the one with Persica shoving AR team into simulations. It's like they tried to do some background stuff but it was so half-assed with recap of old events without even telling you anything about them except maybe jerking off SKK and Thompson a bit. It was all simulation, for an exam that was stupid in the first place and felt like bureaucratic bloat, so it's like there were no stakes at all and thus (simulated) suffering was meaningless. At least map gimmicks with kills were new and kind of fun experience.

But I just explained why it wasn't boring.
