there's gotta be a lot of strength required to hold that form and actually make it look good for a full 1080 degrees though? all while balancing on just the toes of one foot.

this position too, there's gotta be so much core, back, calf and ankle strength to keep yourself upright and form looking good, while somehow balancing on the toes of just one foot with your other leg and arms behind you. that is honestly super impressive
