Slugga is a 2-in-1 shoot & fight weapon, if you carried a shoota you only have one hand free in Hand-to-hand as described in page 26& 27 of "Da Roolz" book and can't switch, the 2 weapons fighting rule only apply to model exclusively armed with pistol and/or CC weapon.
