Is shitting on Katastrophe one of those "retarded but accepted by the majority" points that just becomes the norm?

Because I can understand the hate for the arc if all you got in a week was a whole chapter of "Kei-Chaaaaan!" or bad scans that made the CGI impossible to see.
But reading it in a whole sitting, I seriously, for the live of me can't see what's so dreadfully terrible with it. It's not in ANY form as bad as AOT ending but you still have anons comparing those.

It was fucking awesome, and yes, it was, if you really like Gantz how can you hate this last arc? It has everything that's good about Gantz in it. Seriously do you really hate this arc or just hoped in the bandwagon back then?
