I would have been happy about UE60 if they added more ways to farm elephs, or if Weapon ranks could be bought with something other than elephs.

Well, GFL2 is anime girl xcom and they aren't doing so hot. I also think the appeal of BA is its simplicity, so maybe it'd be best to have something less intensive.
Just having the ability to move the chibis, choose targets and central hubs we can walk around would be major improvements.
