We've already seen on of the 2nd Gen Mannings refuse to play for one of the franchise that drafted him, so if one of the franchises they like most turns out to have the top pick of QB-needy teams, and they want Arch, you think they are going to be like "No, lets wait a year and hope he gets on the Jets"
