Instant quantity in tight groups can make up for meek individual projectile ballistics, see shottyguns.

9mm Glonks are reasonably controllable in full-auto from all that I've seen.
Here's a video clip which stuck with me:
https://files.catbox.moe/mt0smq.mp4
>dirtbag murders some dude's sister or girlfriend or something
>flees U.S to Puerto Rico
>celebrating later at his nephew's house on a livestream
>but he was tracked down
>meets an avenging hail of 9mm Parabellum tracers
>tries desperately to crawl away
>gets executed like if his legal name had been Sarah Connor
>dirtbag's nephew caught two strays through his ankle but was otherwise spared

There's a higher skill ceiling, but it also depends on design, they're not all Schnellfeuers. Something like a Glock with a switch and compensator shouldn't be that difficult to keep most shots on target with if you've practiced with it some. At a close range of course.
