Brother I wish I could. This place is hot garbage, but it's been my shitty substitute for social interaction for more than a decade now. Leaving would at least require a group of friends.

I've always had mixed feelings on them. I can see why a small indie dev would benefit from it if he switch to full time devving this way, but most of the time paying for a quarter or half a game isn't worth it. Especially on a good game you'll blast through the content and then get frustrated as you get dripfeed updates.
