how am i expected to live in a world where i cant be happy

i dont think i will ever change bc ik whats wrong with me ans ik what i need to do or like some of what i need to do anyway but i never so those things or stickw ith them for long enough for them to matter so i wont ever change andjit makes me sad that i cant live a normal life bc i really eant to just fucking be a normal person with a normal life
