I literally just told it to keep it at the original resolution at an 8x zoom-in so it can be cleanly and losslessly downscaled to 128 and it does it fine. I mean, 1024 x 1024 seems to be the default output so it works pretty well
only issues I have is if I upload one of the vanilla sprites that noa actually has at 64 x 64 but 2x detail, then you get a lot of ugly artifacting and inbetweens, but even then it's still pretty useable after light cleaning
