One fun fact about Koibana is that it has a scene that looks a hell of a lot like an ntr shot out of context (in context it's actually a really cute, really sweet h-scene), so when the game came out people who only looked at the CGs thought the game had a literal NTR scene. I think the game might've even been incorrectly tagged on vndb for a bit.
