I don't hate Junior. I pity him.

If the guy should change the fact that he's a brain damaged idiot, he probably could. I don't blame him. I do blame the people who elevated him to a position of authority for which he was badly unqualified. No authentic person would look at his work history and say, "Yeah yeah, this is the most qualified person in the nation to tell doctors what to do."
