thinking about it, what does dandy do other than being the main mascot (and jewing the fuck out of you in-game constantly)? pretty much every other toon has interests and shit they're known for doing, but this guy has fuck all in comparison. no wonder nobody likes him, he's not just shady, but BORING to boot.
