That's what I did. Eat a bit less every day. At some point you find yourself eating 1,5 portions a day and then forgetting about food altogether until the next day.
If anything, I have to remember to drink water, because a big glass gets me really full so at first I found it annoying as fuck to keep drinking.
I don't count calories but I figure if I eat a balanced lunch and a couple of eggs at night I should be set.
