I've been playing Infinity Nikki as my main game this patch but the more I play it the more tiring it gets. Compared to 1.0 the QoL is definitely better, but it's still bugged. I can play the game mostly fine but the shader cache issue persists. I glitched in the boss fight and had to redo it from the start. The dragon dropped me in water when she left. The web minigame is the worst. The writing is irritatingly shallow. They bragged about the patch's banners needing less gems to complete a set but that's because they added pricier shop items to compensate. The shop items were also bugged. I guess I'll go back to shorter play times since I'm still on the monthly pass and there is no feature to mail gems when you miss a day. They should also add that, there were players who were locked out of the game and missed days because the devs (again) didn't account for the ones who had logged off inside last patch's event map. It doesn't seem like the staff have any playtesters or debuggers, they offload their problems onto the players and work from there.
The new map really is beautiful though.
