This might get it past Steam, but consoles don't care as much about the (perceived) ages of the characters as much as they do the general ecchi content, which Gal*Gun will run afoul of. The audience also won't be amused at the lack of moe appeal (which is based on emphasizing "cutesy" young girls or girls with neotenous traits), so they won't support it and may even view it as a betrayal.
