Nah it was a find resolution to Kazuha's friend's arc.
And he was very humble about it and wanted the credit to RIGHTLY go to his friend in 2.1
Then Tiffany started getting caught up in her own headcanon that didn't even respect Kazuha's lore. That's the real tragedy, if you actually liked Kazuha, this crap just completely shat all over his lore and his humble character.
Kazuha himself is Tiffany's first victim.
