Russia on the other hand has no nation left to muster, putin ate it. Most of their economy is non-futureproof resources. They are unable to remain self sufficient.
Also, did you know that 4chan's new verification system is tied in with the NSA and CIA? If you post enough flag words it gives you a soft rangeban to try and phish your email address so it can narrow down the profile on someone thought to be a threat. I don't know why. They have an IP they can cross reference against other five eyes services. It's probably so automated no human thought goes into it, it's a mass of barely connected data that only AI will ever sort through by now, so it's more about weighting than sleuthing.
