Gio has plenty of money, so expensive gifts are worthless to him. Whatever it is, he can probably buy something better (assuming it was obtained legally. He'd appreciate stolen treasures or something he can sell for a good price, though). He'd much rather you go out and steal him rare Pokémon or anything else that can be used to further his ambitions.
I think he'd appreciate homely treats though, even if he doesn't say it. If you cooked for him, he might make a comment or two about how he can easily pay for a meal of much higher quality, but he'll still eat it all and give a short, blunt thanks that comes off as empty words just for the sake of being polite, but has genuine appreciation deep down. As much as he pursues world domination and wants power over everyone, I think a part of him would appreciate gestures that make him feel like an actual person and not just a scary boss (though even then, he'd still demand respect from you).
>Would he appreciate it if you brought him a rock or a shell, or something like that, which reminds you of him?
He'd say how stupid it is and scold you, telling you to go steal Pokémon instead of wasting time on silly trinkets like this. But despite this, he'd keep it on his desk, saying he just "hasn't had time to throw it out yet" if asked about it. Oddly enough, despite insisting he's gonna throw out the random items you give him, the collection on his desk only grows. He might eventually move a few to his room to give the impression that he followed through on trashing them, but that's only if the collection gets to the point of infringing on his workspace.

Gio is uncut. I want to believe he's on the hairier side, and simply shaves any part of him that isn't covered by his suit. But once you undress him, he's got a lot of hair and a BIG, musky bush.
