From 33-42yo on FIN 1 mg (almost every day)
Stopped for 2 years.
Since I was 44 on Dutasteride 0,5 mg (only week days). My doc suggested to switch to 3 days/week as Dutasteride is more powerful than finasteride, but feel fine this way. I tested myself last year giving 780 ng/dL which was pretty good.
