There's going to be a soft reset post the last titan (keyword there being soft for all the retards that get mad at the though of any sort of change) the new player starting experience is already getting updated behind the scenes as confirmed multiple times by blizz, based on the hints they've dropped the most likely scenario is that we go to a new continent post TLT and start fresh with the old world still being available as a chromie time sort of mechanic
