She will, Iuno is gonna have a lot of teams, she has main dps damage while giving heals and heavy amp + damage bonus, she honestly seems like a stronger Brant. If you want to play her as main dps she scales with liberation damage, so Jianxin will probably be her best parter (she also buffs Jianxin to the moon), Changli and Yinlin also buff liberation damage but not as much.
