For Tau I started 40k with having gunpla as a hobby beforehand and I really like giant robots with tons of guns attached, mechas with big guns are peak. Also they are by far the most interesting xenos faction due to being the most similar one to humanity

Friendly reminder the tau have a bovine-like anatomy so it's not out of the question they have big blue oversized bull cocks. Also we aint ever seen a female tau that's not Shadowsun and she's old as hell (or the exodyke dudes but that show looked like dogpoop)
