Finished Muramasa
Good
>characters are fun
>dialogue is hilarious and snappy, even the monster of the week common route never felt like a slog because of how enjoyable the banter was
>great worldbuilding
>fights are autistic in a good way
>excellent production values
Bad
>OST is very lacking and repetitive outside the insert songs
>didn't care for the message that much, debates about the morality of killing always end up feeling masturbatory and pedantic to me. It's still mostly tolerable except for the Hero route, the part where Ichijou and Masamune get mindbroken by a concubine falling down the stairs and miscarrying because she was sad is so mindnumbingly retarded I don't know how anyone is supposed to take that part of the message seriously
>nip history infodumps can be a bit much
Best boys are Masamune (my GOAT), Sorimachi, and rapemonk. Best girls are Chachamaru and Muramasa. The edge peaks at the first chapter, nothing is really as bad or as shocking afterwards. Kinda funny that for all the talk about NTR, nobody ever mentions that Kageaki cucks his own dad. I think I like the story much more as a dark comedy than trying to take it seriously as a philosophical work, 8.5 - 9/10.
