The devs have made a bunch of content for it, but they take some pieces of content and decided "this content you have to pay extra for" instead of just having it in the base game.

Why is this allowed? Why do you fall for this preorder scam? They are literally shaving off content that should be in the base game and baiting you to preorder and pay more. This is an absolute fucking scam made to rip off the dumbest fucks around.

This is why you should only buy games 6+ months after it has already been released for 50% off with all of the actual fucking content in the deluxe edition and all of the bugs actually fixed.
